Measurable– The objectives which are fixed should be measurable. The Objectives should be in measurable terms like how many,how much etc. By giving an unmistakable number, you can decide when your objective is come to and track it En-route.

Achievable-Goals which are defined should be achievable in every aspect. It should answer the Questions like “Is it possible to achieve my goal” or “What should i do to achieve my goals”.

Realistic-Realistic goals are goals that considering the chance of success are significantly high. This may include technology, emotional resources, skills, time and priority. Realistic goals can be like doing 10-20 postings per day.

Time-Bound– Time bound is a goal or task that is measured or restricted by time. It is not sufficient to say i will do it, infact you have to fix a timelines. Set timelines to complete the tasks.

#2 Online reviews and complaints

Online reviews play a very important role in choosing any brand by potential customers. Online reviews can make reputation better if reviews are positive as well as it may spoil your brand’s reputation drastically if there are presence of negative reviews and complaints on the internet about your business. Being a digital marketer it should be monitored on daily basis to manage reputation and product manager need to monitor to resolve customer’s problem, this proves as another platform to satisfy your customer in the desired manner.

Positive online reviews give leverage to the potential customers to choose you over other brands available in the market. Customers believe real and genuine customer’s reviews than business advertisements.

#3 Negative mentions

Sometimes there are chances that customers, firms, authorities and government is talking about your brand in blogs, article or in news and business is not aware due to they don’t check those blogs or article website. This could be proved as a big problem if it is not monitored regularly as these blogs may use your brand name negatively. A product manager or digital marketer needs to check their brand mentions regularly to make sure that their brand’s name is being used positively by others too.
